Mahlon Mitchell: Announces Endorsements by Sen. Miller and Rep. Barca
MADISON — Mahlon Mitchell announced today that he has been endorsed by Senate Leader Mark Miller and Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca in his bid for Lieutenant Governor.
“As Scott Walker and Rebecca Kleefisch pummel us with an unfair and extreme agenda that caters to special interests, Mahlon has demonstrated the kind of leadership this state needs,” said Representative Barca. “We need leaders that will bring our state back together and work to create the jobs that were promised to us.”
“Mahlon Mitchell is a leader in the fight to restore basic fairness to Wisconsin. He understands that we all do better when prosperity is shared by all rather than by an elite few,” said Senator Miller.
“I am honored to have the support of Senator Miller and Representative Barca. Their leadership at the Capitol has been integral in this last year’s fight against unfair voter ID laws, the war on women, cuts to education and healthcare and much more,” said Mitchell.
